Hey All
After spending the past 3 weeks in Sydney where I found the mood most sobering compared to all the past “silly seasons” – we here at fu are most grateful and thankful of all the support from all our regulars and growing newcomers.
We would like to wish everybody a safe and happy holiday.
I personally hope that we get to spend this time of soulful reflection to look ahead with positivity so that we can build on our hopes and dreams for a better future.

The whole team is extremely chuffed as we have been working damn hard the past 12 months to pull fu out of the “hole” she was in due to a change of management team.
We had always been included in the guide (12 years running) since the birth of fu but were understandably booted from the last edition because fu lost her way …..
Anyway – we want to send out a big thank you to all customers & critics…especially the loyal diners who have been emailing constructive criticism the past year – please don’t stop – we thrive on it!
